Start date:
  • Main goal is to ease you into buprenorphine treatment slowly while also trying to prevent precipitated withdrawal.
  • Continue use of full agonist opioids (oxycodone, heroin, fentanyl, etc.)
  • This method should cause minimal withdrawal symptoms.
  • Call your PCP if you have questions or concerns, or are experiencing symptoms of withdrawal.
  • By the last day you will use 8 mg of suboxone.
  • Total strips used: 7x suboxone 2mg, 2x suboxone 8mg
